While you can certainly do a lot through email/spreadsheets at minimal cost, for me I want a platform I can utilize to run all aspects the property management side of the business.

My question is where the best platform is to post or maybe two platforms to post for our situation.

As for the craigslist, backpage, trulia, zillow and other sites: I failed to mention that yes that's also included in our marketing platform--I insisted to my partner that a "free" / "very cheap" source of leads only makes sense.  

The migration was VERY difficult but the platform is certainly better. 

My experience with the craigslist platform is the same: few serious buyers/renters far and in between.

I've purchased several notes through Paperstac and can also attest that the platform is solid.

The Roofstock platform is asking me to choose a property management company to handle management of the property after we close.  

She seems to lay things out pretty straight forward and I like the turn-key simplicity of her investment platform. I
