That gives me an opportunity to go check on things, do some yard work and ride my jet skiis.

The majority of our SOW included: cleanup, new roof, exterior siding and paint, flooring, interior paint, ceiling re-texturing, cabinet refinishing, counter tops, light fixtures, windows, doors, bathroom gut, and landscaping.

That works pretty well with the textured floors.As far as being the miracle floor for rentals.

Get solar for the pool (Not regular solar)  Its the tubes that go on the roof and pump up water, suns heats the water adn then jets back into the pool   Super efficient. 

We did paint and texture, floors, painted exterior, IKEA countertops, backsplash, dishwasher, painted cabinets, both bathrooms, foundation, and fixtures.

I’m currently also out of country, so I can’t  go to Home Depot to check out the materials and compare the textures myself.

my drywall contractor has 600 employees and a Personal Jet  :)  

Another job estimates to replace the ceiling drywall (without texture) were close to $4K.   

This is a great first project for me since I'm starting with close to no capital and will need to maximize profits as much as possible.So far, all the carpet and flooring has been removed, kitchen remodel has begun, we've gotten two quotes on HVAC (the home has central heating and ducting already installed, just needs a unit), and yesterday we had our drywall guy scrape the popcorn ceilings and add a texture (which is much cheaper than floating all the ceilings flat). 

Well I recently was able to convinced her to cool her jets and let my husband and I buy her out.
