If markets keep getting better, I don’t want to miss out on all the opportunity. How can I prepare for housing markets and an economy that is really GOOD?? Is flipping better, or contracting, or running a real estate business/ being an agent selling? If things just keep getting better for a few years how does one take advantage?

Being an agent and flipper are better in a down market. Being a property owner is better in an up market.
