It is a great read (plus free).Don't forget to make keywords up so you know when someone is talking about your areas of interest.When you want to tag someone in a post use the @ symbol and start to write their name.

And for posts on Bigger Pockets make sure you use the @ symbol followed by the persons name you are writing to, otherwise I (or the person you are writing to) won't know that you are responding to them.

Also, FYI, if you want to be sure someone gets a comment from you directly to them, be sure to include the @ symbol before the name, that way they get a message that you commented to them.

@Lia Martinez to "mention" someone, type the @ symbol and the first three letters of their name.

Once you type the '@' symbol and type the first few letters of someone's name, a box pops up at the bottom of the page with their name.

Zayin Lake make sure you type the “@“ symbol first and then tag me otherwise I likely won’t see your response again.

If you see a little realtor symbol on there, you may not use those forms.

You can put an "@" symbol in front of anyone's name to make sure they get a notification for when they are mentioned in a forum post.  

Hey @Dain Boelter when you want to mention someone, make sure their name is highlighted in blue after you type the '@' symbol or they won't receive a notification.
