Hey yall! (Yes, i said yall.  Although I am from NY, my GA friends have proven scientifically that there's no more effective way to casually approach a group)

Veryyy excited to be here.

Have been meaning to join BP for a while now, but have been extremely busy procrastinating, but that season is winding down, so here I am.  No more buts.

In the past few hours, I've listened to a couple of highly persuasive BP podcasts, so now I'm diving into the deep end of the forums.

I am looking forward to meeting people through the site, to talk shop, teach and learn, and ultimately, to continue investing.  I have been doing this as a side gig since November 2006 and am ready to take it to the next level, man.

Please reach out to me - I heard about someone named Dawn on BP ep. 73 who finds deals and manages properties in Milwaukee, WI.  We could make a great team Dawn, so Dawn (and the Dawns/Dons of the world), if you're out there . . .

I was actually referenced on two podcasts, Show 29 which I talked about Peer-to-Peer Lending as well as Show 73 which had Mehran who spoke about investing in Milwaukee.  (He still invests here and I'm still working with him -- it's been 2.5 years already!)
