Thought this might be an interesting post considering the roller coaster market we are currently in.  

There is such a fine line between being prepared for my first deal and getting stuck in the analysis paralysis mode and I’m doing my best to skate that line.

I'm thinking of creating a small roller skating rink in an area that was used as a pool about 40 years ago. 

I must say, this has been a roller coaster.

Hi Ethan,Old fashioned pull down roller shades (the blackout variety) don't cost much and go up in an instant.If the oven is mission critical to your lifestyle, you could always ask to break the lease and move.If it were me, I'd ask for a rent concession for the missing oven, but you rented the unit with no shades, so that seems to be on you.Get written approval before installing ANYTHING on the house.

I wouldn't lend on this at 18% interest, it's a ticking time-bomb, everything must go perfectly right just to skate by making near to nothing.
