Crypto?

I know you can force appreciation on multi family much easier by raising rents, adding coin laundry, etc etc.Outside of that, I would imagine that SFHs would appreciate faster, at least in theory. 150 is a lot, that's impressive for sure.

Thinking about selling them and buying a car coin operated that will cashflow around $5K-$7K per monthI know there may be some good appreciation in the next couple of years..

@Lee LightfootIt all depend on the timeframe.For money short term (less than 6) months, I put some in crypto stable coins that give me a 7 to 10% APY.

Therefore you can only offset passive gains such as stocks and crypto.

I haven't seen any mortgage products yet, but I have seen that Coinbase will loan against Crypto.
