Finding properties, research and development, talking to our realtor, family time, date night, doctor appointments, work shifts, oil changes,  EVERYTHING. 

We wanted to keep our nanny, non-compete for doctors sucks (if I lived there I would be in Lafayette and driving out 30-50 miles if I left my job), and we wanted to be close to Chicago still. 

As @Jerryll Noorden put it in one of his blog posts, you're like a doctor. 

Now they have enough global cash flow and equity from the properties to keep getting lender loans even if their income is not that high maybe 80k a year or so.Then there are the doctors, tech space people, etc. that make very high incomes.

Which is what this was designed for anyway.However once her doctor signed, I would consider it a medical device.Good Luck!

It seems People put too much faith in doctors and lawyers giving them a god complex many times that is undeserved .I think it’s a good idea to have a lawyer , I’m not against anyone using a lawyer and couldn’t fault anyone for seeking competent legal counsel ,I’m just saying if it’s something I can do feasibly with a reasonable chance of success I will make every effort to do it .

Does anyone know about advertising to traveling nurses or doctors.

I have some clients that do not have to go that route as they own a business making tons of cash, sold a business, are a high income earner in the tech space, or a doctor, etc.

Traveling nurses/doctors were my main clients.
