Nick Ovington I grew up in Cambridge, my fam is all still there.

As my experience in lending grew I tweaked it here and there.

I grew up in Florida and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah about 5 years ago for family, friends, and school.

All I did was focus on the things that I could produce and control and the funny thing, we just naturally grew apart.  

I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and grew up around construction and contractors.

I live in Owasso, Ok and grew up the son of a carpenter.  

I grew up in Palo Alto and 47 years ago I had saved $25,000 when I was 19 years old.

I grew up in rural Iowa and my impression (and it may be that I am completely incorrect) is that small town rural Iowa is declining in population as Agribusiness consolidates smaller family (and smaller corporate) farms.

Oh, forgot to add... like you, @Julie Marquez, my mom is a landlord, so I also grew up "in the business" and have done property management for her.

I see you're from LH...I grew up there and man has it changed in the past 10 years.
