Hey @Peter ForrestI work often with investors in setting up operating agreements so that all parties can participate in predetermined roles of different joint ventures.

He took on the role for me and i gave him 10% of rehab cost to manage subs and negotiate.

And sweetheart, an options isn't a win unless the option is EXERCISED!  

The document spelling out the contract details and who has what role and  each partner's share in the contract is called "Operating Agreement".
