Hi, I'm a new soon-to-be investor in the Charlotte area. I cannot wait to start learning, connecting, and potentially partnering with others! The Charlotte market is hot, but there are deals to be made. I moved here about a year ago for a role in finance and soon noticed the explosiveness of real estate here in the area.
