Have you ever considered using an Architect as a member of your RE investment team? Why or why not?

Replied

Why not? An investor savvy architect familiar with your market would be a killer asset to an investment team. I can’t see many negatives, if any.

(Please note: I’ve essentially described myself, therefore I am heavily biased.) @Cordelia Raymond
