I am looking to launch a website for my leasing business the City of Chicago.The best part maybe of having a real estate broker helping you find an apartment and acting as your assistant is that the service is free.I want to advertise this service as free, but I am not sure I can do this due to this section found in the Real Estate License Act of 2000, which mentions, 35) Advertising or offering merchandise or services as free if any conditions or obligations necessary for receiving the merchandise or services are not disclosed in the same advertisement or offer.

FYI the initial payment set up took about a week, but customer service was responsive and helpful.I’m still an early user, on a newly rehabbed single family, but figured I’d share my experience so far.Best of luck on journey.

Newly minted leases cap rate is lower but generally if lease has 7 years or more primary term left you can land typically higher cap rate and still get good debt on them.Also I see some Dollar Tree takeovers of former pharmacies in good locations at lower purchase prices in the 2 million plus range.The NNN market is fluid.
