Any recommendations on Google PPC and FB retargeting companies?

Hello All, I am looking to start doing some Advertising and was wondering if anyone had a go to company for these services. In the real estate brokerage space I use zillow, realtor.com, ect. Are there any ppc companies that do a great job without crazy exorbinate fees, etc.?

I dont know any specific companies, but have had clients do this - they found a professional digital marketing service, and they will service one investor / county. He has had people on the pre-foreclosure list reach out to HIM after I have been trying to get in touch with them for quite some time. I know he had a high start up cost, $5,000+ But IMO it is definitely worth it if it is bringing you quality leads!
