Aspiring Real Estate Investor
Hello all my name is Jacob, I am 21 years old. I am new to real estate however it was always an aspiration of mine. I left high school wanting to flip houses but now I am extremely interested in rentals. I have time, money, yet lack the knowledge. I have been searching many sites and sifting through podcasts to learn but they all seem to only help those who are already in. If anyone has any suggestions on where to start for learning how to properly build a business off of rentals from step one. I am very ambitious and I would love to hear and learn as much as I possibly can from it. I am very open to any and all suggestions. My goal is to launch my business and invest in my first property by the end of 2023 to build my way to financial freedom for myself and my family!

I would recommend attending the Friday morning REI meet ups in Des Moines. There are a handful of people there that could help you along the way.
