Many people outsource this effort to call centers - because they would rather pay to have someone else do that dirty work.  

I don't have a preference for age in terms working with other folks but young can be good from an energy, optimism and having enough time to put in the extra hours when needed (usually a younger person is not going to have a spouse, 2-3 kids and a bunch of other responsibilities).

You’ll pay a dear price for privacy and security but peace of mind may be more valuable to you.

The house hack cash flow should more than pay all the costs and throw off profits.
