I've had a burning desire to do my first deal and a few have already gotten away because of paralysis analysis.

For a bit of background; the property burned down in mid-2017and I didn't know the water and utilities weren't closed and were in my name.

There's a lot of LTL to current market which we will begin to burn right away, and we will be renovating units.

@Nickolas Burns I’m relatively new to the game with a few units, but would gladly answer any questions you have especially on getting started.

Better to find another house instead of getting horribly burned by a confused woman trying to rip you for all you're worth.

I was coming off of 11+ years of running my own local service business, one that I started without any 'system' and grew quite large and successful before getting burned out at the glass ceiling I found.  

I [contractors in general] have been burned many times for non payment.You [Homeowners] have been burned many times for non performance.
