Suggestions for Advisors

Hey Everyone! I'd write my elevator speech for this post, but it is already on my profile. I'm looking to start wrapping up mobile home parks in a satellite city near Raleigh NC. Before I start looking at deals, I need a reliable advisor by my side who has a lot of experience in preferably all aspects of real estate, but most importantly mobile home park acquisition and management. This is to minimize my chances of crashing and burning. I have 4 successful rental deals under my belt, 3 of which are in my target market. Founder's equity is available to the advisor. Does anyone have any suggestions for someone I could speak with who would be a good candidate?
