Catch 22 - POF or Preapproval letter
Hello BP. I found what I believe is a pretty good first deal. But I can't see the property without a POF or Preapproval letter! I would be looking for a Private Lender or HML if necessary. The property is in MA.
Asking price $130K (would offer $87,500 needs work, being sold "as is")
ARV $185K-215K. Good neighborhood. SFH 3BR.,1BA. 1800Sq.ft.
Would this be a good deal?? I think so!
