The county I live in has a link from the property appraiser to see all permits approved and there it provides name/contact info for the contactor that completed the work.

@Eric James The original cares act applied only to properties with federally backed loans, the CDC order was broader, it applied for non-payment of rent if the following circumstances applied:income below 99K, lost significant income (or had unusal medical bills), and completed and turned into their landlord the declaration linked below.https://www.cdc.gov/coronaviru...
