New York real estate certificate of licensure?
Okay. I am a licensed New York real estate salesperson. I am thinking to move to New Jersey and would like to continue my real estate practice in New Jersey. Instead, taking the 75 hours course again. I would like to apply for a waiver. So, I can take the exam without taking the 75 hours course. But, my problem is I don't know where to get an official New York real estate certificate of licensure. I try to search on Google. No luck. So, anyone knows or have similar experiences?
