When I did that for the pocket in Oakland, I had called about 40 agents and met all of them at their office or near their office for coffee, and it was with the expressed intent to buy houses to flip, because that was a real intent.

I'm not familiar with this subject so could only go what they Recorder's office told me.I also checked with the Treasurer and their are no back taxes on the property.
