Marketing to probate attorneys

I am wondering if anyone markets to probate attorneys prior to actually having a deal under contract? And, have you been able to get that attorney to be part of your team?

If so, what is your best way to market to these people?

Alison -I think there are good an bad in every field.

It has been my experience that if you can find the good ones they will be a repeat source of leads.

These properties generally fall into two categories; those that are good enough for the MLS and the ones we buy - those that aren't. Most folks should list the property if it is that type of property. I am the first person to tell them that "I am not their best bet".
