I would suggest you invite one person you'd really like to talk with out, set a time, and then invite other people, rather than trying to coordinate schedules with a bunch of people here.I'll come if I'm free--which I'm often not.

If you want to do their lawn maintenance, for example, that's your decision.But, I would suggest that you're going to have to pay for your costs of owning (property tax, insurance and loan (including PMI if that's part of your mortgage deal)).
