I've been studying,reading and seminar and I've been driving around and i found (FSBO) properties in Atlanta, Conyers, Covington.Need to find lawyor,and title company.Do anyone know a good Lawyor.

Myself bought properties and rehab but from the market, not from  the auction.Hot property, need  100%financing and  100%rehab loan if possible or what is the max. possibilityAsked Vendors, getting reply to put 20% down and 20% rehab loan or partnership with them.Any suggestions on auction and financing or anyone from Northshore Chicago would like to give advice?

I would suggest you invite one person you'd really like to talk with out, set a time, and then invite other people, rather than trying to coordinate schedules with a bunch of people here.I'll come if I'm free--which I'm often not.

I signed up for a Kaplan course but only went to the first day of it because I study better on my own.

If you want to do their lawn maintenance, for example, that's your decision.But, I would suggest that you're going to have to pay for your costs of owning (property tax, insurance and loan (including PMI if that's part of your mortgage deal)).  

Sometimes the iPhone is the kitchen, sometimes in the study room and I have to travel through my house to find the freaking phone.
