I've been reading as much as possible about REI and decided I wanted to go with a long term rental strategy in an effort to leave my job as a police officer in six years.

So, I sold my business to pay my bills for a month, quit all my jobs and spent 11 hours a day, 6 days a week for 3 weeks straight doing that!

@jason diclemente - I've heard that coming out of workers comp cases I would only have to work six months instead of the usual two to be approved for financing...do you know this to be true?
