I have a client who is putting together a spec home, the market in Utah is very good, and new construction is in high demand.This friend is getting a lot loan from his father-in-law in the amount of $70 in cash (total for the lot) Then he is getting a new construction loan in the amount of $230,000.

I probably review 40 leases a year for myself or clients and these are the best of the lot. 

I would think most agents protect their clients contact information, because they have to and all. 

I borrow from friends, family, past clients who live out of state and sometimes out of the country.

I promise to go above and beyond for my clients, as I understand the importance of a focused and knowledgable agent.

I have several friends/clients and personally even bought a car with crypto profits (though I'm now out).
