Well low income areas are an oxymoron when it comes to lumber prices and other prices today.no way your going to build a home these days and hit that low income .. unless govmit is going to heavily subsidize it.. my lumber packages are now over 50 to 70k for a 2000 sq ft home that's JUST THE LUMBER does not include the land the labor the permits and everything else that goes into it.Pipe is going up crazy to..
