Thoughts on Biden's Rescue Plan for Housing

Wonder what people on here think about the likely impact of Biden's plan to invest $213 billion in housing in his recently-announced "Rescue Plan."   Specifically, as I understand it, the plan calls for the construction and rehabilitation of over 500,000 homes in low- and middle-income areas and the expectation is that two million affordable homes and commercial buildings will be built and renovated over the next decade as part of the initiative.
