Is there a good STR management and pricing software integration?

 I actually just posted this in another thread, but what I have found that works for us is:

YourPorter + PriceLabs

I initially chose PriceLabs because it is the only pricing software that is a flat rate rather than % of your revenue. Unless I did my math wrong, I am saving probably $500 per year on that part alone. I also think each pricing software has their own unique features, but I felt that PriceLabs fit me the best. 

Then I looked at lots of STR management software and actually considered doing both YourPorter and Smartbnb but decided on just YourPorter. I decided that with only one listing I don't really need the Smartbnb messaging capability as much as I would with multiple listings. Plus YourPorter has seamless integration with PriceLabs, so that sold me on that combination.

YourPorter isn't the sexiest looking software but it works for us. The one element that I am still struggling with is the "Cleaning" communication on it, so once I figure that out I'll let you know, ha. We don't use Turnoverbnb or any of those other websites for our cleaning, we handpicked a couple local, small teams that know our house. We get the same team each time which helps with maintaining our standard. We are considering adding "Properly" app, which is visual management for cleaning - so we can be more specific about how each room should look, in a visual way that is easy for the cleaning team to understand. It is $6/month.
