I started with the podcasts and then when I wanted to research a specific topic I used the search function to read all I could about it.  

That comes from my legal and economic understandings of predatory dealing, what functions and services of all kinds are priced at, how values are compared, be it doing a tax returns as a service, or repairing a car, doing brain surgery or facilitating a sale of real estate.

I am sure there are Dallas area BP members who can help you, but to help locate them you might use the keyword alerts, and search functions.

Since this topic is now coming up on various threads almost daily, I suggest you use the search function and read the hundreds of posts on probate data.

From what I understand, you can use it without WiFi and just have it function as an audible alarm (no alert), or have it function as an audible alarm with monitoring/alert via a cellular connection. 

This is why organizations like underwriters lavatory does extensive testing to approve a product.
