How do I choose? Flipping help, Upcoming REI

I'm an upcoming REI here in Southwest Florida and learning how to flip/rehab homes in my surrounding area. What I'm trying to understand is how I go about choosing what to put inside my property:

  • Bathroom
  • -Faucets & Sinks

    -Mirrors

    -Bathtubs & Showers

    -Vanities & Cabinets

    -Toilets

  • Kitchen
  • -Faucets & Sinks

    -Storage/Organization

    -Countertops & Backsplashes

    -Islands

  • Lighting
  • -Ceiling Fans

    -Outdoor Lighting

    -Chandeliers & Pendents

    -Recessed & Flush Mount Fixtures

  • Flooring
  • -Hardwood

    -Tile

    -Stair Treads

These are the kinds of things I have no idea how to decide upon. Is there anyone who could possibly give me insight on what to choose (a home stager for example)? Any advice/tips/suggestions will certainly be appreciated!

Find out who else is flipping properties around your area and if possible, tour them. Note the upgrades and updates they have made. That should give you a pretty good idea as to what needs to go into a rehab but like George mentioned, get with your agent to see what's expected in your neighborhood
