Sub-contractors for a house flip in Dallas

Hello,

I am a new member to Bigger Pockets. I really appreciate this site and the wealth of information I already found. I am new to real estate investing. We have our first purchase under contract. This will be a flip but it needs a lot of work. I do have experience in residential construction and contracting but I am new to the dallas area. I am looking for  recommendations for some quality sub-contractors. Masonry, Foundation repair, tile, drywall and paint.
