On that wall backing to the basement steps, it looks to be about 5-6 feet, I would add either lower and upper cabinetry for dishes and small appliances or a large reach in pantry maybe both if the wall is longer than 6ft.Doing this will give you a really nice big "L" kitchen plus a pantry and washer/dryer off the kitchen.

Any buyer is going to either notice themselves or see on the inspection that it desperately needs a roof and will either demand you put one on, back out of the contract, or lower their offer based on the disclosed fact that it needs replacement.

We don’t rent to anyone who has had a bankruptcy within the past year, but outside of that timeframe we will rent to them as long as they meet the minimum credit score.
