I was checking out Cozy's ability to set up ACH payments, but it requires the tenant to receive an email and then fill out and authorize Cozy to take the payment each month.

@Zachary Ray I just started using Cozy last month.

I’m still active duty Air Force (E-6) and I had a conversation today with an Airman (E-4) about real Estate. 

I am telling him that he must pay the $800 first (via cozy, takes 5 days to clear w/ACH) and then I will mail him a check for $700 (takes 1-2 days first class). 

That kinda slipped my mind to try Air BNB

The front house is pretty much ready to go, just needs a little paint in the kitchen and I can get $1200-1300 p/m but the air conditioner will go out in about a year which will cost around 8k. 

Cozy, Appfolio, Stessa all in the same circumstances? 

Likely, this was put in with a studor vent/air admittance valve.

All of these units would have separate entrances and no hallways, no shared central heat or air, no shared bathrooms, etc.
