Talk To People! You Might Be Surprised

I’m still active duty Air Force (E-6) and I had a conversation today with an Airman (E-4) about real Estate.

I’ve known this airman for a few months but we don’t do the same job so our interactions are limited.  Anyway, when the subject of real estate came up, he mentioned his landscaping business.

I’ve been reading books on real estate and they always mention making connections with people.  I asked him if he knew General contractors, plumbers, electricians etc.

He said not only did he know them, but the work they do is incredible.  I’m working on a business plan and this could be a great lead to help build the team I want have in the future.

I heard a quote, not sure where it’s from but it says “ The Most Dangerous Information is What You Don’t Know”

You never know what’s right under your nose, so let people know what you’re doing.
