I know this is a broad question to ask, but what type of implications would this study have as far as the comprehensive plan and development for Philadelphia?

Do you require your renters to have renters insurance and if so what is the amount of coverage?  

It's cheap to do and provides double, triple, or 10x the coverage of a base policy. 

I also know an injury lawyer in my state, so I'm trying to reach out to him as well.If you have coverage, your insurance carrier should handle this matter. 

It is the better form of coverage but can be more costly in the same company. 

Insurance is great, and I strongly say get it and as much coverage as you can get, but if a large claim does come due to negligence etc, You will most likely be suing your insurance provider while being sued yourself.

Jacob, your concern is that you are named as additional insured on a policy that has Replacement Cost Coverage on Coverage A and B - these are the structures on the property.
