I've done one historical home (Richmond, VA) and am working on a "historic preservation overlay zone" house in Los Angeles right now.

I just landed a job in healthcare in the Charlottesville, VA area.

Additionally, I have had to replace two in northern Virginia and they are not cheap.  

Just putting together lots of probate leads and have been trying to brain storm a general script for my va, I have been reading on mixed sides, some say don't speak about the death others say do.

I am also an active duty Army Officer.My short term goal is to acquire two investment properties this year, one SFH in Jacksonville using traditional financing and one MFH in Columbia SC using VA homeloan financing. 

I live in West Virginia and, as of right now, there are not a lot of REIA meetings to attend here, but I know with the help from the forums and advice from others, I will be well on my way to making my first deal!

We are under contract to purchase our fifth investment property in Virginia.  

All FHA, VA, and USDA loans are assumable in the US, by law.  

I'm in Virginia Beach and ready to start with wholesaling.
