Good Afternoon everyone,

I'M TAKING ACTION. I'm in Virginia Beach and ready to start with wholesaling. I've ordered my first set of 1k letters for my direct mail compaign. I used letterprinting.net.  I am looking to find or start my buyers list because i know after this campaign, the phone will start ringing!!! Anybody in the Virginia Beach area that knows any investors, fix and flippers? ADVICE ? Thanks in Advance
