What's your opinion on central air?

I've heard some investors say they wont touch a rental property that doesn't have central a/c? No to window units.

Just curious to get some other opinions and why yes or no?

Vic Vega I personally like radiator heat too and have it in the house I'm currently living in. I would prefer central ac, but I've always had window units, so I'm used to it. We use a portable ac unit and our BGE bill in the city during the summer months is not fun. :/
