The market there has been insanely good to me and I just relocated back to California in August.I am more than happy to talk about how to be successful in Detroit.

I have recently accepted a promotion with my company to relocate from to Buffalo, NY in a time frame of 6-12 months.

More businesses will arrive, more jobs for UK grads (keeping them in state), more people relocating from out of state, more franchises etc, etc so its a good time to get into the market with the potential expected growth (but nothing is guaranteed). 

I'm in the process of getting a new job which will require some relocation as it is too far away from my current location.

I lived in NWA for a little over a year a while back before relocating to Russellville a few years ago! 

@Jennifer Schelkopf +1 on anything @Ryan Blackstone or @Henry Washington say on NWA.Personally, own a couple storage facilities in NWA with anticipation for more, and relocated here about 5 months ago and plan on buying a home in the spring/summer of ‘21.

I am going to be relocating my family for a new job to a new state and I’m thinking through what will need to happen to be able to purchase a house without proof of income yet in the new state.

wow seems like your situation is a bit similar to mine haha- I grew up here in San Diego and actually just got my RE license since I have family that are looking to buy and sell their properties, in addition to my goal of accumulating more rental properties in the future (I own a condo in San Marcos and rent the extra rooms out to college kids at the moment).On top of that my fiancée is in her residency in Detroit, MI so I'll be relocating there in the summer and am looking for the best way to facilitate my investment goals in CA while also tapping into the market in Metro Detroit as it seems easier and more forgiving than a beginner wanting to tackle the southern CA markets!

I'm going to be relocating to Orlando in the next 4-6 months.

Msp needs something to keep peoples focus on and away from the facts, facts like rampant crime, mass loss of officers, business's saying "f-that" and relocating into suburbs, just a complete decline of MSP in general all thanks to moronic management.
