New Investor in North West Arkansas

Hi everyone,

My name is Alex Fairman. My family just moved to Fayetteville, AR (where my mom is originally from) from San Diego, CA, and I am looking to get into real estate investing. I currently go to college in Massachusetts and do some web development work as well. I have read a majority of the Bigger Pockets books as well as some others and listened to a fair amount of podcast episodes as well. I am hoping to get my first buy and hold rental before mid-August and continue to build my portfolio from there. It would be awesome to connect with other investors and individuals in the area, as well as any investors in general.

2. @Ryan Blackstone is a broker with a great team and works with a lot of investors.

Lots of great stuff happening in the area though. Tons of growth and no signs of slowing down in the long-term.
