Where people can get into trouble is when it comes to "self-dealing".

Firstly, the people telling you to go ahead with it will not be there to pick up the pieces if it falls apart or is a daily headache.

People build wealth when they start to understand how to leverage debt in a responsible way.

A great way to network and meet people in your local community is to attend in person meet ups.

People invest in all classes of neighborhoods and do just fine, as long as they know what they are getting into and have proper expectations. 

I just want to see how it's worked for people who have actually gone through it.
