Hi my name is Landon Sheveland, I recently graduated college and have been wanting to invest in real estate for a while. I want to conect with other investor and learn from others. I have been thinking of starting with flipping a home and gaining experience on what it is like. I then want to find away to house hack and start building a portfolio of rental properties.
