Attention to detail is the only distinguishable characteristic one generally needs to do the job, their is no degree behind it or general skill that takes one years to learn to limit the labor force to allow them to price gauge.Same thing for lawn maintenance, I call the big companies and they quote me 40 bucks per mow, I call a handyman and he quotes me 20bucks per mow... mowing is mowing folks, there is no degree or distinguishable reason to mark up the price beyond what it is.

Or should I go for a way different degree to have as a back up?

I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.i kept that license until I recover.  

I recently graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in business and entrepreneurship and also got my real estate license.

Personally, I have a Master's Degree in Real Estate focused on Development, from Johns Hopkins University.  

I am a recent graduate from college with an engineering degree.

For someone with a degree in finance who likes to think I have a general clue, this specific situation has me totally stumped! 

I went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.

I also went to college, that is not mandatory, and I got a degree in business that emphasized real estate.
