Need Basic Advice

My name is Keenan Gladd-Brown. I'm a blank slate. I am starting my life 1st week of August in Baltimore Maryland. I just graduated from St. Olaf College with a BA in Psychology but I want to go into business. I am 22 years old and just need advice on where to start actually learning about real estate investment. My ultimate goal is to own 10 properties by the time I'm 35 and be able to sell 5 to pay off the other five. I don't need to be a millionaire I just don't want to be in the rat race the rest of my life. I understand I have some growing to do such as managing my own finances but I'm just looking for someone who won't charge an arm and a leg for long term advice.

@keenan gladd-brown

You've already received spot on advice.

Let me emphasize the real time, human to human part of the business. You can't just read and tag folks on BP, you've got to get yourself into the same room as other investors. Put yourself in position to let others know you're serious, then be consistent.

Best to you.
