I am thinking about purchasing a turnkey property from padsplit and the property is currently being managed by "Two Keys".

I have project management and re agent experience along with time so I keep coming back to flipping with an occasional brrr to build long term.

Our schedule is demanding, and I won't be able to manage the property on site.

Sounds a risky but I’m open to hear more if you have a good strategy for managing the risks👍🏼
