Padsplit property management
I am thinking about purchasing a turnkey property from padsplit and the property is currently being managed by "Two Keys". I am trying to determine if I'll allow them to continue managing after the purchase. How has your experience been with them? Do you find their maintenance and repair fees fair or excessive? Would you hire them again or would you self-manage?
