I have been trying to get my foot in the door in real estate investing for some time now but as everyone knows, a busy work schedule and family life leaves little time for pursuing new ventures.

I'll settle for a single family with a basement before I buying a co-op or a condo.Any advice or anyone that is in a position to help me find a house so I can get my foot in the door in the real estate business.Remaining hopeful!!
