Every podcast story seems to feature investors who START with "I found this great property..." - but how do they evualute what's "great"?

I believe CoStar has a feature that helps you locate owner info.

I'd be very surprised if it were different on Maine.The other feature they offered was "level billing".

If you do not have any plans to continue the investing in the RealEstate, then the1031 exchange is of no good because it is not avoiding taxes but just deferring taxes to next investment property. 

I have 3 rental single family properties in the Philippines and would like to continue investing in real estate here in Sydney.
