Newbie from Sydney Australia

Hi everyone! My name is Allan Burias from Sydney Australia. I am a Filipino who recently migrated to Australia and have been investing in the Philippines on real estate for a about 5 years. I have 3 rental single family properties in the Philippines and would like to continue investing in real estate here in Sydney. I recently purchased our house here in Sydney thru bank mortgage and looking forward to start investing in rentals here. I am learning a lot of thing from Bigger Pockets but I am a little bit overwhelmed with all the information available and don't know how to proceed. Any advise is most appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome, Allan! Sounds like you're way beyond a newbie in real estate! Congrats on the properties you've already acquired and your goals for growing. 

I'm sure moving to a new country is overwhelming enough, much less working to launch a real estate business, too! 

My top recommendation for next steps: If you haven't subscribed to the podcast yet, I can't recommend it highly enough. I lurked in the forums and listened to the podcast for several years before making the leap to buying my first property. The education I received through the podcast was invaluable in giving me the knowledge and confidence to do the first deal. Eight properties later and no looking back now!
